Vulnerable communities face a greater risk of psychological distress when challenged with financial instability and unexpected crises such as unemployment or sudden illness. While continuing to receive support from case management, funds raised will enable us to work with this community, directly or with charity partners, to empower and create sustainable opportunities, ensuring that no one is left behind.

Our Past Campaigns
Neighbours For Neighbours (N4N)
Lower-income families continue to struggle with poverty, lack of access to basic healthcare, inadequate education, and unstable employment, among other issues. Funds raised from N4N will enable us to support, empower, and work with lower-income families directly or in collaboration with charity partners to address their pressing challenges by providing resources and sustainable support that foster resilience and long-term well-being.

Bridge Forward
"Bridge Forward" empowers lower-income families to overcome barriers to economic stability and self-sufficiency.
Funds raised will enable us to bridge the gap for families striving for a better future, directly or with charity partners,
and build a supportive pathway for families who need it most.
Start Date: 3 February 2025; End Date: 31 March 2025
WeCare As One ("WECARE")
Putting food on the table, paying the bills, and just getting by are daily challenges faced by the families under our FSC's care, where 80% reside in one or two-room HDB rental flats.
Funds raised will enable us to continue our work with the families, directly or with charity partners, to increase their social mobility and empower them to be positively transformed.

The Inclusive Fund
The Inclusive Fund aims to serve the most vulnerable in our communities:
1. Through uplifting the families towards getting out of poverty by ensuring that their school-going children
education are sustained.
2. To ensure that children and youths are supported in their learning to cope with the national standards of the
local education system, such that no one is left behind.
Through this campaign, we hope to increase awareness of the needs in the community and transnational families and to foster a spirit of inclusiveness. These include children whose mother’s tongue is a foreign language, are/can be given equal opportunities as their peers in their learning and education. Please give to The Inclusive Fund; let’s leave no one behind!

=Dreams
An initiative by the South Central Community Family Service Centre, =DREAMS empowers promising and deserving children who come from low-income households to break out of poverty and dream of a future where they are notlimited by their family circumstances.
