Our Transformation Verticals

Our transformation verticals empower families to achieve social mobility. Through Home Ownership, Livelihood Support, and Child Learning & Development, we help families unlock their potential, break poverty cycles, and build stable future.

  1. KeyStart Home Ownership: Aims to empower and enable families with young children living in HDB rental flats to realise their aspirations of owning their own home .

  2. Livelihood: Launched in 2023, the Livelihood vertical aims to empower and offer personalised support to members (beneficiaries) in employment assistance and livelihood development .

  3. Child Learning & Development support: Children's developmental needs must be addressed early, as research shows the positive effects of early and middle childhood education. Therefore, we aim to support both children and parents from an early stage, helping children become confident 21st-century learners.

Bridging Gaps, Levelling Bridging Gaps, Levelling Inclusion

The Inclusive Fund (The Inclusive Fund (TIF) and 1st Transnational Family Care Centre (TFCC)

As part of our efforts to stay inclusive and relevant in today's landscape, SCC has launched the First Transnational Family Care Centre (TFCC) on 15 July 2024 at our flagship FSC, located at 5Delta Avenue. This valuable community partnership is a collaboration between Pro Bono SG (PBSG) and SCC's The Inclusive Fund, an enabling fund that helps transnational families access education, healthcare, and other support services.

TFCC provides integrated socio-legal support to lower-income transnational families (including at least one Singaporean household member) who need social and legal assistance. This collaboration between ProBono SG and SCC aims to leverage and foster greater social inclusion and equity.
